Frobel Training Academy, in association with Sunderji’s Global Academia, conducted, for the first time ever in Chattogram, an edYOUfest for the teachers of 15 different institutes. Renowned trainers Masarrat Tavawalla, Director of Sunderji’s Global Academia, and Nishrin Sanchawala. The purpose of the edYOUfest, a teachers’ training festival, was to equip the teachers with knowledge and strategies of Balanced Literacy Programme and Special Needs such as Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, etc. Various educationists and teachers from different schools and colleges gained knowhow of identifying learning needs in children and building reading fluency in students. Two participants Tahera Amer Fakhri and Nabila Noor received the prestigious HALL OF FAME Professional Development Excellence Award that celebrates participants who have focused on their own professional development in the past two years. The Directors of Frobel Academy and Frobel Play School, Huwra Tehseen Zohair and Sabeen Aameir, graced the event and presented the awards to the worthy winners along with Masarrat Tavawalla. Frobel Training Academy focused on developing the teachers of the city and has launched a prestigious one year Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers Training Course to anyone who is interested to develop his/her skills as an educationist.
